Cornell Elementary has been recognized by the Pennsylvania Department of Education with a "Keystone Award for Academic Excellence" for being in the top 5% based on composite math and ELA scores and for meeting all Annual Measurable Objectives for the 2015-2016 school year. Our Title I team of Mrs. Carla Antoniades, Mrs. Cristy Meinert and Mrs. Lori Dzielski were in attendance to receive the award at the annual Pennsylvania Title I Improving School Performance Conference. 

In addition to being presented the Keystone Excellence award at the ISP Conference, the Title I reading team were selected as presenters at the conference. So Cornell was VERY well represented at the state conference.
